At Hubnexa Internet, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds are granted.
1. The 5-Day “Risk-Free” Guarantee
We offer a strict satisfaction guarantee window for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full cancellation and refund within five (5) calendar days of your initial payment.
- Eligibility: This refund applies only to the initial service charge.
- Process: To initiate this refund, you must contact our support team in writing before the 5-day window expires.
- Outcome: A 100% refund of the service fees will be issued.
2. Standard Cancellation (After 5 Days)
If you choose to terminate your services after the initial 5-day period has lapsed, the following terms apply:
- Prorated Billing: You will not be eligible for a full refund. Instead, you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project or the duration of active service provision during that billing cycle.
- Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct any setup fees, administrative costs, or third-party provider fees incurred on your behalf from the refundable balance.
- Refund Timeline: Any remaining balance owed to you will be credited back to your original payment method within 45 days of the formal cancellation date.
3. Cancellation Procedure and Notice Period
To ensure proper processing and avoid unwanted charges, strict adherence to our notice period is required.
3.1 Ten-Day Notice Rule
Cancellation of any agreed-upon service must be requested at least 10 days prior to the start of your next billing cycle. This allows us sufficient time to communicate with network partners and halt automated billing.
3.2 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the new cycle, or after the start of a billing cycle, will result in the current month being fully billable. The amount equivalent to the service provided during that month will be charged.
4. Non-Usage of Service
Hubnexa Internet provides a subscription-based service. Your obligation to pay fees is based on the availability of the service, not your actual usage. If you sign up for our services but do not access the internet or utilize the connection, you are still liable for the subscription fees. Refunds will not be granted solely on the basis of non-usage.
5. Contacting Support
To request a refund or process a cancellation, you must submit a formal request via email. Verbal cancellations made to field technicians or sales representatives are not considered valid.
